Will you move furnitureto clean and underneath?
For our house cleaners safety, we do not move furniture (big furniture like couch, beds, dressers, fridge, oven, others)
what if your don't have times available for when i need my cleaning?
When you book a home cleaning with Home Cleaning Barrie, you will be informed of all the times we have still available. If those don't suit your schedule, we'll place you on a waitlist and contact you if that time opens up.
Do you provide supplies? do you use gree products?
Home Cleaning Barrie professional home cleaners bring all their own green products and supplies except for a vacuum, mop, broom and dust pan. If you have specialty products that you want used, please informed us, and leave them out for the cleaners. If you need your floors vacuumed, mopped and swept, leave a vacuum, mop and broom out.
CAN i get the same home cleaners every time?
We cannot guarantee that you will receive the same cleaners every time of your home cleaning appointments. Changes can happen even at the last minute, just prior to your scheduled service. We do try to keep and provide you the same cleaners as much as possible.
what if you break or damaged something in my home?
It would never be our intention to break or damage anything. we have trained our home cleaners for proper procedures and have numerous precautions to prevent this from happening. Sometimes, during the normal course of cleaning a house, things can happen. This could have been experienced by the home owners themselves, like a glass slips out of your hand in the sink, or a vacuum chord catches a corner of a chair. If we break or damage something in your home, we'll do our utmost to rectify the situation. However, we do limit our liability to the value of the cleaning appointment for any claims you might have.
do i need to be home during my cleaning?
Either you're home or not home works for us. If you're not going to be home, please make arrangements for us to get into your home, like maybe hiding the key in a safe place or leave it with a concierge so our home cleaners can gain access. If you're not going to be home when we leave, please let us know how to lock up. Please note that we don't keep copies for your home keys.
How do you count the rooms to be cleaned?
Home Cleaning Barrie clean one kitchen and living room in addition to your bedrooms, bathrooms and hallways. If you have additional rooms like offices or den that are not considered "bedrooms", please add them to your booking so we can ensure to allocate enough time to clean your home.
do you come to my home for a quote?
We give you quotes online or over the phone. We just need to know how many bathrooms and bedrooms you have.
what form of payment does home cleaning barrie accept?
All payments are made with either Mastercard, Visa or America Express. Your cleaning is paid for at the time of booking, and tip is included. Your payment will be done in a secure system for your security.
What is your refund policy?
We cannot offer refund. However if Home Cleaning Barrie missed something, please let us know within 24 of your appointment and we'll send a home cleaner to re-clean at no cost to you.
If you need to cancel your appointment, let us know at least 46 hours before your appointment. You won't receive a refund but we'll keep a credit on file for you which you can apply toward a future appointment or we can issue you a gift card in the amount that you have paid. Cancelling or rescheduling your cleaning service within 48 hours of your appointment is not permitted.
